Stromiq AI provides an energy-native data and connection hub designed to ingest, standardize, and organize operational, market, and financial data for renewable energy operators. You understand that our service acts as a conduit and foundational layer for your data infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the integrity of the data sources you connect to the Stromiq platform.

  • Access Management: You are responsible for the granular, controlled access settings you grant to your partners or third-party users through our platform.

  • Compliance: You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws, including the EU Data Act and relevant reporting mandates such as the CSRD.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, “agentic AI” models, and proprietary methodologies utilized by Stromiq AI are the exclusive property of the company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform as a service.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Stromiq AI aims to provide a reliable, real-time, self-healing data foundation, our services are provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stromiq AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data integration errors or reliance on the data provided through our hub.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or misuse the platform in a way that compromises the security or integrity of our connection hub.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm.
